About The Author

Pastor Joe Cervantes is the founder of House of Prayer in Alice, Texas. He graduated from The Living Word Nocturnal Bible Institute in Robstown, Texas. Pastor Cervantes has been in the ministry for more than 43 years and has enjoyed traveling to the Holy Land in Israel, but as he always says, “I’m now looking forward to living in the New Jerusalem.” He and his wife, Rosabel, have two sons and seven grandchildren. Pastor Joe Cervantes has been pastoring for many years and has served in many positions the church has to offer during his commitment to the church. His love as a simple servant has given him the most satisfying results while sharing his love and compassion to others about Christ, which has been so rewarding. Pastor Joe Cervantes has served as a Radio DJ for several Christian radio stations and has been an evangelist under tent revivals. He has also helped other servants of God in the mission field by supporting and starting other missions in the south Texas area.
